Nick’s Raymonde’s background is in A&R, songwriter, and producer/artist management, he is most notable for signing Take That and Kasabian at RCA Records and mentoring Simon Cowell before his spectacular rise to God like status as the world’s most successful, globally recognized, and most noted A&R and TV Executive. Up until 2013 he was working with Syco as A&R Director and making multimillion-selling albums for One Direction, Susan Boyle, Westlife, Alexandra Burke, Paul Potts amongst others. He also worked as a consultant to Simon Cowell and acting in the same capacity for his shows X Factor & Britain’s Got Talent. Alongside that, as a manager of producers and writers, he has secured countless number one song placements all over the world with Kelly Clarkson, Rihanna, One Direction, Jessie J, Little Mix, Fifth Harmony, David Guetta, The Saturdays, Sean Paul, Flo Rida, Lil Wayne, T.I, Jason Derulo, Adam Lambert, Backstreet Boys, Fleur East, Girls Generation, 5 Seconds Of Summer, Rita Ora, Ella Henderson, Il Divo, Lemar, Westlife, Leona Lewis and many more.

His business partner Rodney Williams and team at Raw Kingdom have worked in a number of roles in the industry from marketing for One Direction, Beyonce, Foo Fighters, and Kings Of Leon, to tour management for Rihanna, Sugababes, 2 Unlimited, Feddie Le Grand, and Crystal Waters, production and writing with Nelly, Phats & Small and Nelly Furtado. Raw Kingdom looks after a small select group of Artists, Writers, and Producers who have had recent chart success on both sides of the globe as well as songwriting placements and collaborations with artists such as Blink 182, Good Charlotte, Olly Murs, Bring Me The Horizon, Rihanna, David Guetta, Little Mix, 5 Seconds Of Summer, Rita Ora, and Ella Henderson.
